The insurance company AccidentExchange.com has announced that it will provide insurance coverage for cars that have experienced an accident, as long as the owner is able to prove that the vehicle was involved in the collision.
The company will offer the coverage for both standard and premium models, with a new plan launching in 2019 that will cover both front and rear-facing occupants, the company said in a statement.
In order to qualify for this coverage, a car must have suffered an accident that resulted in bodily injury or death, which means it could have been involved in an accident where another vehicle had collided with the vehicle that it was in.
“With the new insurance policy, the insureds will be able to recover up to $1 million if their car is involved in a collision,” the company stated.
“The new insurance will be offered for both front- and rear facing occupants, with coverage covering both front drivers and rear drivers.”
AccidentExchanger.com will offer two types of insurance plans, Premium and Standard, and the company’s website has more details about the new policies.
The premium insurance policy will cover drivers who are injured in an auto accident and must be at least 60 days old at the time of the accident.
The standard insurance policy covers all drivers in any car, but will cover occupants who are not injured in the crash, who are unable to get medical treatment, and who are over 65 years of age.
